SYNOPSIS

Cinderella 2: When Dreams Come True is about the mice wanting to do something special for Cinderella. With the help of the Godmother, they make a book for Cinderella. It has three segments to it, all of which are Cinderella's first experiences of being a princess and living in the castle. It takes place right after Cinderella and the prince get married.  The stores are as follows:

1 - Cinderella planning a party.

2 -  Jaq the mouse wishes to be turned into a human. He asks the fairy godmother to turn him into a human so he can better help Cinderella because he is so small, but he soon learns that being himself is what really matters.

3 - Anastasia, one of Cinderella's evil stepsisters, falling in love with the village's baker whom Tremaine the mother) and Drizella (the other sister) do not approve of because he is a "low class" man.

To sum it up, it is like a collection of short cartoons all telling the story of Cinderella after she gets married and how she goes from "rags to riches" and how she overcomes her obstacles on being told how to do things a certain way.

VIOLENCE/GRAPHIC CONTENT/language

Unless you consider a cat and mouse chase as being violent, There is no violence, graphic content or bad language at all in this film. Its your typical safe children film for all you little girls who want to be a princess and see how hard it is to really be one.

OVERALL VIEWS

This film is a sequel to Disney's classic Cinderella, which is a lot better. The movie was released on DVD back in 2002 which then became a hard item to find years later. Now Disney has re-released  Cinderella 2: Dream Come True again on DVD but for only eight weeks.  Because Disney plans of putting the film along with the original Cinderella and Cinderella 3 back in it's vault on January 31st. 2008. So if you don't have these titles on DVD you have a few weeks to go and buy them before they are gone for a very long time.

It's an OK movie to watch (it is on the boring side) and I would recommend it for kids 5 + up, although younger kids can watch they'll probably not understand it.

BUY THIS MOVIE.

Only available now though January 31st 2008, Get your copy soon before it goes back into the Disney Vault.
