Other than Pete being up to his mean and odd ways. (Which come off as very moderate and are played down.) there really isn't anything to be of concern. Pete usually finds ways to trick Mickey and friends but never gets very far.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is one of my favorite children shows that I watch with my daughter during the early morning hours while I get ready to start my day. As a child I always loved any Disney cartoon that featured Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto, Goofy and the rest of the crew. The thing was I never really got to see a lot of cartoons that featured them on television, and always had to resort to watching any classic Disney cartoon on video. When the Disney channel came about I was already well past the stage of watching original programming, but always would catch a cartoon here or there. The thing with the older cartoon is that they do contain some of the famous Disney characters doing certain things that are no longer acceptable to show in a cartoon now. So when I first saw Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on television a few years ago I was presently surprised as a parent to see how educational the show was, while still being very entertaining. The animation is incredible, and the use of colors and objects almost makes the cartoon look as if it's in 3-D. While I really don't have a lot to say about the show, I will say that it is one of the most trustworthy safest shows for young kids to watch. Its a show that features all of your favorite Disney characters, not only singing and dancing, but solving problems, and learning new things. It's and educational show ,that teaches everything from counting money to learning letters and most importantly it teaches children to identify objects and what each of those objects can be used for. The DVD features four episodes which include Donald's Ducks, Pluto's Bubble Bath, Mickey Goes Fishing and Pete's Beach Blanket Luau. There is also a bonus feature which includes a game called Fun in the Sun with Mickey and the gang. The show as always features the song "Hot Dog" by the band They Might Be Giants as well as the many other popular songs that the gang sings and dances too. Overall, this is a DVD that if your young ones really like the show; you might want to go out and pick this disc up. If your kids have never seen the show before, than you might want to introduce this disc to them. It's a fun filled educational show that's best for kids ages one and up.
